“DFCine” refers to DIGITFOLD and its affiliated entities, which legally own and operate DFCine and its related versions, including desktop clients, experimental versions, and software-provided SDKs and API interfaces.
DFCine is dedicated to providing users with professional creative tools, workflow management, and generated content display functionalities, helping you efficiently and freely create images and videos. The software copyright belongs to DIGITFOLD, and any unauthorized decompiling, cracking, sharing, resale, or other use of the software is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
Please carefully read this agreement before using DFCine, especially the sections regarding user content responsibility, copyright statement, usage restrictions, and disclaimers. By continuing to use DFCine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms of this agreement.
1. Software Provision and Functionality
1.1 DFCine is provided based on existing technology and conditions, and we will make every effort to ensure stable functionality, reliable performance, and continuous optimization of the user experience.
1.2 Due to differences in user local environments (operating system, hardware, network, etc.), third-party tools (such as ComfyUI, LoRA models, APIs, etc.), and uncontrollable factors (network conditions, external service status, force majeure events, etc.), software functionality may experience delays, fluctuations, or temporary unavailability. Users understand and accept this possibility.
1.3 The software functions include, but are not limited to:
- Workflow parameter management and execution control
- Preview and display of generated images and videos
- Integration with user-local models or third-party tool interfaces
2. User Content and Responsibility
2.1 All content generated by the user using DFCine (images, videos, text, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the user.
2.2 DFCine provides only the tools, does not participate in user content creation, and is not responsible for any content generated by the user.
2.3 Users must ensure that their created content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and public moral standards, and must not use the software to produce or distribute illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content.
3. Third-Party Models and Tools
3.1 DFCine supports user-downloaded, configured, and integrated models and API services. The copyrights of such models and tools belong to their respective authors or providers.
3.2 Users must comply with the license agreements and legal regulations of any third-party models or tools. Any responsibility arising from non-compliance shall be borne by the user.
4. Technical Optimization and User Feedback
4.1 We continuously optimize software functions and user experience to improve usability.
4.2 If users encounter issues during use, they may submit feedback through the in-software feedback channels, and we will analyze, address, and optimize functionalities within our capacity.
5. Service Commitment and Limitation of Liability
5.1 We strive to provide a high-quality creative experience, but we cannot guarantee the software is completely error-free or continuously available in all environments.
5.2 Users understand and accept that software functionality may be affected by local environment differences, third-party tool status, and uncontrollable external factors.
5.3 Except as explicitly required by law, DFCine shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from software functionality fluctuations or environmental differences.
6. Updates and Function Adjustments
6.1 The software may be updated or adjusted from time to time to accommodate technological development, third-party tool upgrades, or user experience optimization.
6.2 Such updates or adjustments do not constitute a reduction in service commitment, nor shall they be considered as a waiver of any rights.
7. Usage Risk Notice
Users should use DFCine scientifically and reasonably, assessing the creative outcomes and operational risks based on their own needs. Continuing to use the software indicates that the user understands and accepts the above terms and acknowledges that the functionality, results, and experience of the software are provided under existing technological conditions and environments.
